1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of all tickets for The Great British Farm-Fest (“the Festival”).
1.2. By purchasing or using a ticket, the holder agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any onsite rules communicated by Festival staff.
2.1. The Festival offers the following ticket types:
2.2. Each ticket type grants access only to the zones and times specified at purchase.
3.1. All tickets are strictly non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3.2. Weekend tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or registered attendee.
3.3. The Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or defaced tickets.
4.1. A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Tickets may be electronic or physical as specified at purchase.
4.2. The Festival reserves the right to verify ID to confirm ticket validity, especially for weekend tickets.
4.3. Re-entry policies vary by ticket type and may be restricted for safety reasons.
5.1. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
5.2. Proof of age may be required at entry or at any time on site.
5.3. Organisers operate a “Challenge 25” policy for the consumption of alcohol across site
6.1. Attendees must follow all safety instructions from Festival staff and security.
6.2. The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behaviour without refund.
7.1. Camping ticket holders may only camp in designated areas.
7.2. Open fires, fireworks, and hazardous materials are prohibited unless expressly permitted.
7.3. The Festival is not responsible for the security of personal belongings at the campsite.
8.1. The Festival schedule, performers, and attractions are subject to change without notice.
8.2. Changes to the programme do not qualify for refunds.
9.1. If the Festival is cancelled or rescheduled, information will be communicated via official channels.
9.2. Refunds or exchanges (if any) will follow the procedure required by law or outlined by the ticketing provider.
9.3. The Festival is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs.
10.1. Attendance is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
10.2. The Festival accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
10.3. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
11.1. Ticket holders may be photographed or filmed for Festival marketing and documentation.
11.2. By entering the Festival site, attendees grant permission for their likeness to be used without compensation.
12.1. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles, drones, and professional recording equipment (unless authorised).
12.2. Security reserves the right to conduct bag checks and confiscate prohibited items.

14.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK Law.
15.1 Organisers will prioritise animal welfare and reserve the right to take necessary action should this be compromised by any individual.
