THE ULTIMATE CELEBRATION OF FOOD and drink AT FARM-FEST

This is where farming meets flavour. Where you don’t just eat incredible food, you understand where it comes from, meet the people behind it, and see it brought to life right in front of you.
From live cooking and fire-led feasting to pubs, markets and some of the best traders in the country, Field to Fork is the full journey from land to plate, and it’s happening all around you at Farm-Fest 2027.
Field to Fork is brought to you with the support of Morrisons, helping showcase the very best of British farming and food. Alongside them, our official wine partner Silverhand Estate brings English wine to the forefront across the festival, perfectly complementing the food offering throughout the weekend.

FIELD TO FORK COOKERY THEATRE

At the centre of it all is the Field to Fork Cookery Theatre. A high-energy, live stage packed with big flavours and farm-based storytelling.
Across the weekend expect live chef demonstrations, live butchery giving a raw unfiltered look at where meat really comes from, and the Young Farmers Bake Off celebrating regional pride and grassroots talent.
This isn’t just a cookery theatre. It’s loud, live and completely rooted in real British farming.
Lineup announced soon.

Step away from the stage and straight into the action. The iconic Farmer’s Dog brings a slice of Clarkson’s Farm to life. Grab a Hawkstone pint, settle in and soak up the atmosphere, proudly overlooking the Hawkstone Music Arena. Plus discover the Farmer’s Puppy and the Farmer’s Dough in their festival pop-ups.
Across the site, pop-up pubs from some of the UK’s most exciting food names bring exceptional cooking right into the festival. More details coming soon.

SHOPPING

For those who want to discover and take home something special, the Farmers Market and Artisan Market bring together over 100 producers from across the UK. Meet the growers, makers and suppliers behind the food, taste new products and buy directly from the source.
Food isn’t the only thing at Farm-Fest for independent shopping lovers. We’ve got pop-up stores with everything for every type of countryside lover from dog treats to designer belts.

THE FIREYARD

At the heart of the atmosphere sits the Fire Yard, led by Kamado Joe and featuring Organic Butchery. This is live-fire cooking at its most hands-on, pick up a skewer of expertly prepared British meat, cook it yourself over the coals, and learn exactly where it’s come from as you go.
Set within a large, high-energy tent, it’s all smoke, flame and serious flavour. A destination space, and one of the standout experiences of the festival.

ONSITE FOOD

Everywhere you turn there’s something worth eating. Street food, farm shops, wild game, baked goods and cult favourites. Bold, generous and packed with personality. Full trader lineup announced soon.
